We provide a complete, affordable maintenance service for your property, both internally and externally. Please look at our

If your requirements are outside of our scope we are able to bring in expert contractors and oversee their work on your behalf.
Pricing
At Oak Lodge we operate without a callout charge. Payment can be either, by the hour, or for an agreed set price depending upon your requirements.
Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly arrangements are also available to suit individual customers.
For Letting Agents and Commercial Landlords we can also offer routine maintenance contracts, repair and renovation at the completion of a lease as well as emergency call out.
We understand the particular requirements of a Property Manager and we will we go out of our way to ensure your complete satisfaction.
